Design a music streaming service like Spotify for ~200M daily users and a catalog of ~100M tracks. Playback should start in under 300ms on any device, playlists sync across devices (and can be collaborative), premium users can listen offline, and every play is counted because artists are paid by it. Peak concurrency is ~10M streams.
