Asked at Stripe, Bloomberg, Amazon, Oracle, Microsoft, IBM, Plaid, Ramp, Morgan Stanley, Rippling, Brex, Mercury.
Each entry of transactions is a string "name,time,amount,city" (time in minutes). Flag an entry as suspicious when either
- its amount is over 1000, or
- the same person has another transaction in a different city no more than 60 minutes away from it
(60 minutes exactly still counts).
Return all suspicious entries, in any order.
